I can say without question that Jim Barber is a down the middle professional. Announcers want a close game. They want an exciting ending. There is also a
tendency for any neutral broadcaster to pull for the team behind and to get excited as the underdog hangs in there.

The fact that Chones continually called Hahn "Zahn" was particularly irritating. That's just a sign of laziness. I mean, how hard is it to know
the player's names? Look at the roster. If there are names you don't know how to pronounce, ask someone. Here's a trick: read it off the back
of his jersey. It's spelled out right above his number 3:

H-A-H-N.

It's not like Hahn is some multi-syllabic Eastern European or African name....

It didn't seem like they were rooting for Wright St. to me, although I could understand if some people perceived it that way because of all the comments
made focusing on what Wright St. needed to do to win and focusing on their gameplan. Made sense to me since they were the underdogs. The only thing that
bothered me was how ignorant they seemed about the Horizon League and Butler basketball. They said that Hayward was Freshman of the Year, Newcomer of the Year,
and on the All-Freshman...

I didn't think there was any bias one way or the other. They were very complimentary of BU numerous times. Barber is fine. Chones is weak. But,
everyone needs a job these days. My favorite, Chones kept calling Hahn....Zahn, and you could tell Barber trying to help out as he would follow up by saying
"Hahn" in a normal sentence. Chones never picked up on it and probably is still calling him Zahn today! We won't have either one on Tuesday
night on ESPN.

Our complaint did not center on their being for or against Butler. The best way to describe it is judging only on the broadcast with no information about the
announcers is that it seemed as if WSU had their broadcast team and that team did not do any background on the opponent. Even the timeout shots centered on
the WSU team, etc. To get updated on the situations we would turn on the radio and then shut if off and got to a 1 on the sound so that that captions did not
