Todd Lickliter spotted in town! |
Lead | |
|
F.Y.I. I went to a fish fry in Wanamaker tonight & notice a car drive up with an Iowa plate on the front bumper. To my amazement Todd got out of the car
with his wife & attended the fish fry. I was really suprised that he was back in Indiana.

It should not be such a surprise to see him in the Indianapolis area. He is from Indy and his mom and two brothers live here. He was not run out of town as a
fugitive, he just left through his own choice to become a millionaire!

If he is a millionaire, then perhaps Scubader could remember what kind of shiny new car he drove to the fish-fry?

Two things about Lick's car......................it is the car they gave him and it is not any nicer than the Big Chill's Caddy.

Chill, are you pulling a trailer with a gas pump behind your Caddy? I rarely use my 4x4 pickup at $4.60 for diesel. The price of everything related to farming
has really soared.

What is that avatar? I seem to remember that mug shot involved in a crime at some point in the recent past.

Yes, that is true, he does look like a stick of cartoon dynamite blew up in his face... Funny, PDT...

Hi,
Actually, my Cadillac is the DTS, which is the full sized car. It uses regular gasoline and gets, as of the latest reading, 22.2 miles per gallon. Pretty good, right? Big Chill |

If memory serves me correctly I believe that Coach Hinkle drove a Caddy! |

yes, and he drove it over the edge of the Butler Bowl Hill!!! I wish I could have been there for that; I've heard about 3 or 4 accounts of the incident and
they are all funny as hell!

Ed, you got mice as auxilary power as well?
Nil, I never heard about that. Any of you wish to regale us with any accounts? As for the avatar picture, that is a shot of me someone took back in the castle after someone filled the bong with lighter fluid. I had shoulder length hair at the time.

Did a hippie hater do that to you, PDT? Maybe this picture is the reason you were drafted. You sure look like a jungle infantry soldier in the picture (almost
to the point of looking like an Airborne Ranger or a Special Forces soldier).

He did have many difficulties with his driving as he got older. He would sort of point the car toward the gates to the parking lot next to the infamous hill
and take off. Many times he would hit the gates and have to try again. Then, he did have some hill difficulties.
The problem at the time was that nobody had the courage to tell him it was time to quit driving. I know how difficult that would be. I am concerned that when I get to that point I will not know if it is true or not that the time will have come. The reason is that my wife has been telling me for 43 years that I should give up driving due to my poor driving ability. Big Chill |

All I remember that it was a small SUV type. I'm sorry I didn't take proper notes

Actually, Pit, I kind of liked the change of style it brought on (hid my terminal case of freckles), in an upside down sort of way, and it kind of paved the
way for me to don the big green uni for a couple of years. Also taught me a lot about camouflage and blending into your terrain. Had to get rid of the look
when I decided to go corporate, or even go for my E-5 rank.
Ed, my mother was like Hink. Thank goodness there were no hills in Florida, but those darn canals and oceans were her nemesis.
