My question was answered in that you CAN by single game tickets for these games. This should not deter anyone then. The game will not be sold out a week before
time. This is good news.
If you are concerned about getting preimum seats, then you will just have to pay double or triple the ticket value just like Ohio State and Xavier fans will have to do. If you want to purchase a single game ticket, you WILL be able to. This is not much different than any other Top 10 program in the country. Actually, it is different. You would probably NOT be able to but a ticket to a top 10 program at a ticket office a week before the game because they are probably SOLD OUT! |

Does Ticketmaster allow you to print Butler tickets at home ? I don't think they do because Butler doesn't scan tickets.

What "Premium" seats are everyone talking about? My understanding is that the lower bowl is almost comletely sold out to season ticket holders.
Though I am kind of skeptical that the games will sell out before the single game tickets go on sale, would that be great if they did? That would guarantee us FOUR sell outs this year, which I think would equal the number of sell outs we have had in the past decade combined! I for one am looking forward to the New Year's Eve game and will actually be buying extra tickets for family that is coming in from out of town. So that is at least 4 seats to either the OSU or X game that won't be sold before the individual game tickets for those games go on sale. I personally like this concept. Of course, it doesn't impact me so much since I am a season ticket holder. All of you that are complaining about having to buy 2 games to get one, I hope you are first in line when (if) single game tickets ever go on sale. |

I can use some help on understanding the ticket process for the OSU game. I only want two tickets for the OSU game, I really don't care what location they
are in. I live outside of Indiana so I cannot buy these from an Indiana ticketmaster and pick them up. I need to buy on line or by Phone on Dec 7th. They
will email them to me, but no one seems to be able to tell me if Hinkle scans tickets or not. Emailed tickets only work if scanned.
Does everyone think the OSU game will be a sellout, is it a bad idea to come early that Saturday and try to buy tickets at the box office? I don't want emailed ticketmaster tickets if they can't be scanned. If I buy from tickemaster and they mail them Dec 7th or 8th, they may not get to Cleveland on time for the game. Should I try one of those premium ticket places, has anyone had any good or bad experience with them? I am open to any ideas, we really want to see the buckeyes get beat? I appreciate any ideas or information, all of us buckeyes aren't so bad. |

Can you not call the BU ticket office and then pick them up at will call on game day?
I'm sure there will be scalpers on 49th street. |

That was my first thought, below is the response I got which puts me back to my original post. Matt,
Same question, does anyone know if emailed tickets are accepted at Hinkle? Thanks again. |

Do you not understand they picked those games because they will probably be poorly attended, so this makes it more likely people will come if they already have
a ticket. Not that I like it but teams do it all the time. I know many football teams make you buy a package. For example, I believe that when Notre Dame plays
at Purdue in football, some years you would have to buy a game against Eastern Kentucky or someone of that caliber to get the Notre Dame ticket.

I don't think Barry cares one little bit how many people are in the stands on New Year's Eve or on the Monday game in February. He wants the $$ from
the ticket sales. I'd almost rather he just sell the OSU and X tickets for double the price, so at least he'd be being honest about his plan.

Have the single game ticket prices been posted yet, I know that they are different for certain games and what not, but I couldn't find that listed on the
athletics webpage??

FDS, not sure when this was posted on the Athletic webpage but it is there now. With the exception of those already on sale, the remainder of the single game
tickets go on sale next Monday (Nov. 16th) Here's your info.

This year the single-game ticket sales are so incredibly (and unnecessarily) complicated. I don't think any average fan has a clue how to buy tickets to
Ohio State and/or Xavier.
