Zionsville, Ind. - Dec. 4, 2008: Bob Todd has graciously volunteered to arrange for a Butler viewing party at the Brewhouse Sports Pub in Zionsville, Ind. on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2008 as the the Butler Bulldogs take on Cleveland State. The game tipoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. The Brewhouse is located on the West edge of Zionsville on Rte. 334, diagonal from the Post Office. The game will be on the big screen, the Brewhouse will be providing buckets of beer for $10, and appetizers will be provided for each table. All Butler fans are welcome. Plainfield, Ill. - Dec. 4 2008 and All Season Long: Adam Underhill will be hosting a Butler Viewing Party at the Sports Den located at 15420 S. Rte 59 in Plainfield, IL for every televised game this year starting with the Cleveland State game this Thursday. They will offer 1/2 priced appetizers to Butler fans. Want to Host a Basketball Viewing Party? It is easy to host a viewing party in your area! Below are some simple steps to get started. 1. Select a venue. We ask that you select a venue open to all ages so that all Butler fans can enjoy the game together. 2. Confirm with the venue that they will show the Butler game. As the host, we ask you to attend wearing your Butler gear and welcome fellow Bulldogs to the party. 3. Contact the Alumni Office by email, alumni@butler.edu, or phone at (800) 368-6852, ext. 9946 to let us know about the viewing party. We will list it on the website and in all of our official tournament communication. 4. As a host, we will send you a box full of Butler gear to help fill your party with Butler spirit. 5. The Brewhouse is located on the west edge of Zionsville on Rte. 334, diagonal from the Post Office. The game will be on the Big Screen plus many of the small screens as well. The Brewhouse will be providing buckets of beer for $10, plus both hot and cold appetizers will be provided in a buffet fashion. In addition there will be Butler trivia questions with prizes at halftime and the Butler Pep Band (by I-Pod). All Butler fans are welcome. (Wear your Butler gear and receive food and drink specials like ½ price appetizers or $8 domestic buckets.) -Moe & Johnny's located at 5380 North College Avenue. Brewhouse Sports Pub in Zionsville, IN Brewhouse Sports Pub is located at 4682 Brentwood Court, Zionsville, IN 46077 (west edge of Zionsville on Rte. 334, diagonal from the Post Office.) WHEN: Saturday, February 28, tip at noon WHERE: The Hill (located at Third Avenue and 30th Street) is giving us the main floor of the bar, most of the TV screens devoted to the Butler game, and full game sound in the bar. DRINK SPECIALS will be offered once again.

For the Horizon Tournament, Butler wins the 1 seed unless all of the following happens on Saturday: Butler loses to Cleveland State and Green Bay beats Wright State and Milwaukee loses to Detroit, then Butler gets the 2nd seed and GB gets the 1st seed. 2) U of Wisconsin-Green Bay 22-8 (13-4); Remaining league game, A - (WSU) - G.B. has clinched at least a 2nd seed, can remain in the hunt for at least a share of the Regular Season Championship with a win at Wright State on Sat. Feb 28th, they clinch the #1 seed if the scenario described above occurs.

I mean I live in Indy now but I like knowing that if I were to be visiting my parents in Nashville that there would be places I could go and be with other Butler fans. "Maybe before the season, I thought that (we'd be rebuilding), but playing with these guys in the summer and offseason, I saw that this group could really do something special,'' said Matt Howard, the sophomore forward. "So, no, I'm not really surprised.''
