Are IU sanctions upcoming? I remember hearing previously that you had to show a continued pattern of ineptitude to be sanctioned for poor APR scores.

Duck, do you have links to your speculation?

What? It was a question BU 1999. Don't be dumb.

IU predicted their low APR score prior to last season and self-penalized by withholding two scholarships. They could be sanctioned further if they don't
show signs of improvement, which they expect to do because the first year of Tom Crean's control will be factored in the next calculation. I assume that
last year's team had a much better retention rate than the Sampson players. Even the players who chose to transfer were on campus through the end of the
semester completing classes to be in good academic standing.
The team on that list that surprised me even more was Purdue. |

Are you serious? You chop out part of a one-line post that has the question mark and call it a statement? Of course it was a question with foundation as the
second part (hence the reason the question was posed, I do not know the answer). Your response is like saying Westfield is unemployed on the weekend's
because he only works Monday-Friday. Naturally that is untrue since he's been out of work for the last 8 months, but you get my point.
Don't be dumb. |

I heard JMV talking about this exact topic. The NCAA looks back for a running 4 year period. So IU is basically in bad shape for the next few years due to the
mass exodus that occurred last year and as well as Eric Gordon leaving early and going pro. Ohio State & Memphis are in similar situations due to losing
players. IU loses two scholarships because of their poor score. The next step is that they would be banned from post-season tournaments. I think one school
faced such a fate this year. Please stop with all the anger. Why don't you waste your time wondering who will transfer or if Zach Hahn will learn how to
play defense.

Tmay, do you have a link to prove your source or maybe a streaming audio clip or an in studio tape of JMV or a hidden camera inside the NCAA office? |

At OSU, Oden did not finish his semester, which hurts the APR. I believe BJ Mullens did the same thing to them this year. I wonder about Purdue, because they have had less coaching turmoil and early exits. You start to question their academic support efforts. |
