They are two very different players. As for the being used to winning thing though, it should be stated that they are in fact both used to it, as Hale started for a New Albany team the past two years that had a combined two losses, and each was in the tournament to the eventual state champion. As for them as prospects, they are both very quick, agile, athletic, run well, and are the same height, but that's about the end of the similarities. Hale is an advanced shot blocker who has long arms, good jumping ability, and times his blocks well and does a good job of not fouling. He is rail thin, but surprisingly tough and can defend bigger players on the blocks. Offensively, he is a post player, with very good touch inside but almost no perimeter skills at all. He is a horrible free throw shooter, does not hit jump shots, and is not a great ball handler right now.

Fromm on the other hand is very skilled on the perimeter, as he has excellent ball handling skills and a decent jump shot. He is a very good free throw shooter as well. He does a good job of staying out of foul trouble for the most part in high school, but he rarely guarded the opponent's biggest player this past season, and right now he is better at defending smaller quicker players than players who utilize bulk. He is an ok shot blocker, but he is by no means as good as Hale. Offensively, Fromm has the ball handling skills and touch to have some potential as a post scorer, but right now he almost never utilizes post moves, opting instead to use his mobility and move to catch the ball dribble and score in a Willie Veasley kind of fashion.
