I hope he gets his wish to play some #4 as well as some more well deserved praise. Gosh, are we lucky to have guys like this on the Dawgs.

Interesting article. Like the dude's comments below. Obviously a Kansas fan a first rate a-hole. But hey, what do you expect? I hope they all keep talking,
and Butler just keeps winning.

It was a nice article until he compared him to Tyler Hansbrough.

I think I will be happy if Howard turns into the leading scorer in conference history and wins a national championship and AP Player of the Year award and
drafted by the Pacers in the first round.

Reference to Hansbrough didn't bother me.

Was he annoying? Sure. Did he lead his team to 2 final fours and a national championship...yep. I'll take that.
Speaking of, is going to get minutes with the Pacers Indy people?? |

willisbrown wrote: Hansbrough has a nagging shin injury right now (has limited him all Summer/Fall), so I doubt he'll provide much of a boost in the early going. Pacers front line is Troy Murphy, Jeff Foster and Danny Granger. Mike Dunleavy is out until December, and upon his return, will command a lot of minutes provided he is healthy. Hansbrough's main competition for minutes behind Troy Murphy at PF is Josh McRoberts, who I would hope he'll be ahead of after 10 games or so. Dart at the wall rookie year numbers for Hansbrough - 15 mpg, 7 Points, 3 Rebounds. |

I think he'll be a better pro than some people think. As long as he is surrounded by good offensive talent he should be able to be a decent contributor.
Those numbers look about right if he can get some minutes. And you would hope he could beat out McRoberts...never liked that guy.

Pacers depth chart for Game #1 at PF is Troy Murphy-Josh McRoberts-Tyler Hansbrough; but like I said, he is hurt and hasn't done much this Summer/Fall, so
I would hope he'd leapfrog McRoberts as soon as he's healthy. If not, this would be another questionable draft decision by stumbling bumbling Pacers
President of Basketball Operations Larry Legend.
